Connecting Bank Accounts to QuickBooks Online

How to connect an existing bank or credit card account to QuickBooks Online

This video covers connecting your new bank accounts to QuickBooks Online.

  • First, go to Transactions, then to Bank Transactions.
  • Then, hit "Link Account," search for your bank, then follow the instructions to log in.
  • Once you enter your login credentials, QuickBooks will ask which account you want to connect to and how far back you want to go.
    • If you know the exact date you started using the account, you can enter it here. If not, start from January 1st of the current year.
